Ok, this is a little something I did in... roughly late 2005.
It's a concept design for a Monster in one of my (sadly short-lived) attempts at a Power Rangers message board roleplaying game.
I'm uploading this pic because this monster features in my forthcoming Power Rangers fanfic.
As he is made of mud, physical violence against him is useless. Any blow a ranger lands will just get that limb covered in mud (if they're lucky) or them held fast by his body if they're not.
He can also throw exploding mud balls, and when he's finished toying with his prey, he changes an arm into a long tentacle, grabs the prey and forces them into his mouth, where they are then teleported to a cave with only one exit... beyond a vast pool of impassable, mind-altering mud. If they hope to escape, victims must attempt to wade or swim through it, only for the mud to make them want to be a part of it... forever.

Great monster design.
Out of interest, was he inspired by the sludge monsters from the Thundercats 1991 annual?
Also the "vast pool of mud" bit reminds me of the Living Ooze, again from Thundercats.
