Sayaka Miki, from Puella Magi Madoka Magica facing off against the Jellax to ensure the safety of the survivors of the Jellax invasion of Mitakihara City. This is a little different to how it went down in alexwarlorn's story [link] , but therein lies the fun.

While I can't remember offhand who the Puella Magi Madoka Magica anime actually belongs to, credit should go to them...

Oh, and this was the first time I'd ever drawn Sayaka.
